We have tried to design this online shop so that you can look at, read or

Due to the fact that we have such a wide variety of special products, we
cannot (as yet) have all products in stock. If we have your ordered product in
stock, then the delivery time is a maximum of 3 days within The Netherlands
and up to 5 days in Europe. Should you ordered product not be in stock, then
the delivery time is 10 to 14 days in whole of Europe.
Due to the fact that we sell our products over the whole world we also offer export products on our internetsite for outside Europe with and without CE marks. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have the legal right to import these products before purchasing through us. Upon purchasing, the customer becomes wholly liable for any legal issues that may occur as a result of the importation and/or use of these products in the destination country. There are several secure ways of paying. Advance payment direct into our bank
account(IBAN in Europe takes only 2 days), we accept nearly all European
credit cards, cash on collection (sign and fax contract). In the Netherlands
we deliver up to 250 euro cash on delivery, besides that, it is possible to
pay a one off payment, direct payment Rabobank, ING etc.
Your details are filled in and processed on an extremely secured server. We
have nothing whatsoever to do with the payment. Everything goes directly to
and through the bank and credit card Company. Therefore only the bank has
access to your details. Also your details are safe with us and are never
passed on to a third party.
